With numerous boxed sets, multiple adventures, and more novels that you care to count, the Realms has a well-defined and developed history, perhaps more so than any other fantasy world to date. </p> <p><a href="http://www.d20zines.com/v7/node/3100">read more</a></p> http://www.d20zines.com/v7/node/3100#comment Gamer&#039;s Corner Thu, 01 Nov 2007 11:51:00 -0700 whtknt 3100 at http://www.d20zines.com/v7 Dungeon Tiles Review http://www.d20zines.com/v7/node/3094 <p><strong>By Ian Strelec, Staff Reviewer</strong></p> <div class="showcase"> <a target="_blank" href="http://www.frpgames.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&amp;p=31818&amp;ref=d20z"><img src="http://www.irook.com/images/products/product_31818_thm.jpg" height="125.74" width="100" border="0"></a></p> <div class="links"> Available at <a target="_blank" href="http://www.frpgames.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&amp;p=31818&amp;ref=d20z">FRP Games</a><br /> <a target="_blank" href="http://www.frpgames.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&amp;p=31818&amp;ref=d20z">Dungeons &amp; Dragons Dungeon Tiles Set I: Base Set<br /> <em> Retail $9.95</em></a> </div> </div> <p><strong>Initiative Round</strong><br /> Released so far in four sets, <i>Dungeon Tiles</i> is produced by Wizards of the Coast as an aid for Dungeons and Dragons. Now, the Gargantuan Blue, master of the desert sands.</p> <p>Built to scale with other D&amp;D minis, the Gargantuan Blue’s is painted in great detail in a pose designed to be awesome. The stats are absolutely amazing as well, with 600 hp, the ability to act twice per phase, and 6 times per round in total, and numerous abilities that make it very, very dangerous. Its breath weapon and crush attacks are particularly dangerous, allowing it to simply blast away or stomp over the opposition with almost ridiculous ease.</p> <p><a href="http://www.d20zines.com/v7/node/3034">read more</a></p> http://www.d20zines.com/v7/node/3034#comment Gamer&#039;s Corner Fri, 13 Apr 2007 13:38:01 -0700 Ghostwind 3034 at http://www.d20zines.com/v7 Faery’s Tale Review http://www.d20zines.com/v7/node/3033 <p><strong>By Ian Strelec, Staff Reviewer</strong></p> <div class="showcase"> <a target="_blank" href="http://www.frpgames.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&amp;p=33411&amp;ref=d20z"><img src="http://www.irook.com/images/products/product_33411.jpg" height="300" width="200" border="0"></a></p> <div class="links"> Available at <a target="_blank" href="http://www.frpgames.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&amp;p=33411&amp;ref=d20z">FRP Games</a><br /> <a target="_blank" href="http://www.frpgames.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&amp;p=33411&amp;ref=d20z">Faery's Tale RPG<br /> <em> Retail $14.95</em> <strong>Sale $11.95</strong></a> </div> </div> <p><strong>Initiative Round</strong><br /> Faery’s Tale can be quickly summed up as an extremely basic roleplaying game, though admittedly there is more to it than that alone. </p> <p>Of the 62 pages of this short booklet, the first 18 are devoted entirely to lore on fairies. Afterwards, it moves into character creation. You first pick a Pattern, which is a Pixie, Brownie, Sprite, or Pooka. These are your essential races. Then you get 3 points to spread out among their base attributes, Body, Mind, and Spirit. Each Pattern has a different spread of 6 points among these attributes. You then get a limited pool to use to buy titles, gifts, or boons. Titles would be like Knight or Lord, gifts are special abilities, and boons are favors owed you.</p> <p><a href="http://www.d20zines.com/v7/node/3033">read more</a></p> http://www.d20zines.com/v7/node/3033#comment Gamer&#039;s Corner Fri, 13 Apr 2007 13:34:54 -0700 Ghostwind 3033 at http://www.d20zines.com/v7 Dreamblade Collectible Miniature Game: Chrysotic Plague Review http://www.d20zines.com/v7/node/3015 <p><strong>By Ian Strelec, Staff Reviewer</strong></p> <div class="showcase"> <a target="_blank" href="http://www.frpgames.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&amp;p=34148&amp;ref=d20z"><img src="http://www.irook.com/images/products/product_34148_thm.jpg" height="130.2" width="68.63" border="0"></a></p> <div class="links"> Available at <a target="_blank" href="http://www.frpgames.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&amp;p=34148&amp;ref=d20z">FRP Games</a><br /> <a target="_blank" href="http://www.frpgames.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&amp;p=34148&amp;ref=d20z">Dreamblade CMG: Chrysotic Plague Booster Pack<br /> <em> Retail $14.99</em> <strong>Sale $11.99</strong></a> </div> </div> <p><strong>Initiative Round</strong><br /> Dreamblade – where monsters from your very subconscious are summoned forth to do battle for control of the dreamscape itself.
